This Maintenance Package covers all Hardware faults on the customer's machine, it includes call-out charges and labour. The call out time is set to 8Hours which guarantees that a service engineer will arrive the next day unless a service engineer is in the area or can arrive earlier.

Gold Support Cover
This Maintenance Package covers all Hardware and Software faults on the customer's machine, it includes unlimited call-out charges and labour costs, the call out time is set to 6 Hours which guarantees that a service engineer will arrive the next day unless a service engineer is in the area or can arrive earlier.

Platinum Support Cover
This Maintenance Package covers all Hardware and Software faults on the customer's machine, it includes unlimited call-out charges and labour costs, the call out time is set to 4 Hours which guarantees that a service engineer will arrive the same day unless the call-out is received after 1:30pm on the day of the call out. Same day cover has priority over 8 or 6 hour cover.

Up to 3 computers at £42.00/month per standard computer for 3 months
Up to 10 computers at £39.00/month per standard computer for 3 months
Up to 30 computers at £36.00/month per standard computer for 3 months
Up to 3 Printers at £16.50/month per standard printer for 3 months
Up to 10 Printers at £14.00/month per standard printer for 3 months
Up to 30 Printers at £11.00/month per standard printer for 3 months
Diamond 24hr Support Cover
This Maintenance Package is the same as the Same Day Cover service but is available 24hrs per day 7 days a week and guarantees a call out at any time during the day or night if the client's offices are accessible. Parts are replaced inclusive of cost.

Please note:
The minimum contract period for our support packages is 3 months.
Servicing is available from 9am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday on all maintenance contracts except for Platinum 24hr cover with the exclusion of bank or public holidays.
