This Applications was written using Microsoft Access & Visual Basic for Holidays4dancers who organise dance
holidays. Bookings are taken and then receipts and invoices are sent out at the appropriate time. Reminders
indicate when invoices should be sent and where customers are owing money. The application includes a powerful
customer search facility with the ability to export, mail merge or print labels from results. Payment details
are also exported to Sage. The system will soon be extended to automatically record bookings sent by email from
the web site.

The Bike Worx web site utilities content management in its simplest form - Bike Worx Exeter is a small family run
motorcycle shop, that wanted to catalogue all its showroom stock simply to there website, but also wanted to have
the flexibility of being able to update and manage there on line showroom via any PC with an Internet connection.
We created a secure admin area on the backend of there website to give them the ability to automatically add new
bikes, amend existing bikes and archive sold bikes, simply and easily using our web-based
Client Access Content Management System. The whole site with
the Client Access Content Managed showroom cost £499.00

– Roborough House Nursing Home
We were approached by a Roborough House Nursing Home Limited based in Plymouth whom needed to fill and maintain a
80 bed home for Nursing and EMI patients. We decided that a custom built bespoke
website including high resolution, 360 degree virtual tours built
using Abobe Macromedia Flash 8 would increase prospective buyers
ability to get a real feel for the home.
Abobe Macromedia Flash 8 enabled us to create interactive 360 degree
visual tours of the homes Entrance Hall, Lounge, Sitting Room, Activities Room, Therapy Suite, Gardens and Outside.
Instantly visitors to the site commented on the easy navigation and ability to tour the home and features before
making the 1st face-to-face visit to the home. The home owner has asked us to use this same model to sell a number
of upcoming commercial rental units within Exeter, Devon.
The simple fact is that we are very visual creatures. Appeal to your site visitor’s senses and utilize virtual tours
to your competitive advantage. Virtual tours are especially suited for the estate agency and hospitality industry
and also well suited for displaying commercial businesses.
